LYMPHEDEMA THERAPIST and REIKI PRACTITIONER AT THE CENTER FOR INTEGRATIVE CARE WORKING WITH ONCOLOGY PATIENTS.

Bonnie has been in the healing arts, working with clients in many different settings for more than 29 years.  The massage you receive will be tailored to your needs.  Even if a client comes on a regular basis their needs change from appointment to appointment.  We ask the questions that allow us to plan for your massage.  We address the areas of concern by listening. 

Some clients come to In Touch Therapies needing specific work from an injury or car accident which means they will need work that includes neuromuscular therapy or trigger point therapy, massage cupping , ice and heat. . 

Others come to In Touch Therapies because they are stressed due to life issues.  A client may need a place to pay attention to themselves and help ground themselves again. This massage may include Swedish massage, hot rocks, essential oils,energy work, such as Reiki.  

Most clients need a combination of specific work and relaxation.  By identifying the areas of concern Bonnie knows how to combine a variety of modalities for each client to receive an individualized massage.
